One of our premium government clients based in Canberra is looking for a highly experienced and committed ICT Service Manager (ITSM) Developer.

This is role is expected to start in May 2019 for 1 year contract.

Essential skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years' experience in designing, building and deploying scalable ICT Service Management tools such as but not limited to Service Manager.
  • Experience in automation and orchestration tools and application integration using REST services.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and reports.
  • Experience working in large flexible teams with competing priorities.
  • Experience in solving complex technical problems in short timeframes.
  • A demonstrated understanding of ITIL V3 Framework.
  • NV1 security clearance is a preference
