Placement

As a part of AstraZeneca, the Nordic-Baltic Marketing Company is working to ensure that innovative products reach the patients that can benefit from it. They work in close collaboration with healthcare in all Nordic and Baltic countries to build value for customers and success for their medicines. Offices are located in Södertälje, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius.

AstraZeneca is now searching for an Administrator to the Swedish Administrative Team in Södertälje. You will be part of the Nordic Admin Support team were all have a joint responsibility for the support and team delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

You are the key person in organizing, controlling and delivering the specific administrative activities and services and assure tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards.

You participate in establishing an understanding of customer requirements to ensure that planned activities and services meet needs, and monitor those services and activities to ensure requirements are fully met.

You need to prioritize workload, to achieve personal and work unit targets.

You will provide administrative support to the Sales, Marketing and Medical departments, which includes:

  • Support on arrangements of details around Sales and Marketing activities
  • Coordinate complex meetings and off-site events, diary arrangements and travel in line with AstraZeneca policy
  • Support to appointed function/specialist area
  • Project control, ensuring delivery of project outputs according to plan
  • Handle invoices and purchase orders, knowledge about SAP is desirable.
  • Back-up as required to colleagues within the admin team

Experience and qualifications

  • Customer focused and enjoys working with various tasks and different internal stakeholders such as field force, marketing and medical functions.
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and to seek for improvements
  • Excellent computer and relevant software skills
  • Pleasant attitude together with good collaboration and communication skills
  • Relevant experience from general administrative work
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish
