Standard Service

Bronze

Our Bronze Service provides your business with essential break/fix support options. This option is still backed by our industry leading SLA’s. We recommend this option for those applications and services which have light to medium scale and support requirements.

This includes basic reporting and Software Licence Management.

Standard Service

Silver

Our Silver Service is a step up in Modis’s support, you receive an agreed number of hours for request management which your business is able to draw down on over the course of the month.

You are able to purchase hours for enhancements and have access to the MSC telephone service for on-call options. This includes basic reporting and Software Licence Management.

Standard Service

Gold

With Gold Service you receive all the above, but have access to deeper services that the MSC can provide. From Application SME’s on site, to Enhanced Reporting. Problem Management, Enhancements and DR Testing are options. Modis recommends this option for critical business applications and services.

As with all of our services, you are able to supplement the core Gold Service with optional extras.

Premier Service

Platinum

Platinum Service is the premier core service that the Modis Service Centre provides. From a dedicated Service Delivery Manager and Team Lead to 24X7 support for your most critical of business applications and services. This service is backed by our deep knowledge and expertise in delivering support services across Australia and high Customer Satisfaction.
