Our Silver Service is a step up in Modis’s support, you receive an agreed number of hours for request management which your business is able to draw down on over the course of the month.

You are able to purchase hours for enhancements and have access to the MSC telephone service for on-call options. This includes basic reporting and Software Licence Management.

Gold

With Gold Service you receive all the above, but have access to deeper services that the MSC can provide. From Application SME’s on site, to Enhanced Reporting. Problem Management, Enhancements and DR Testing are options. Modis recommends this option for critical business applications and services.

As with all of our services, you are able to supplement the core Gold Service with optional extras.
