Modis Belgium is partnering up with Cisco for the recruitment of Network Engineers! Currently CISCO is willing to grow their team in the TAC Lab.

Function information
As a LAB Network Engineer you will be able to use your creativity and gain experience as a Network Engineer in biggest and most well-known company specializing in networks. You will be like an inside investigator supporting the TAC engineers in solving the most complex and advanced issues coming from their customers all over the world. You will be recreating the environments, the setup and the potential issue that they are facing in the CISCO LAB to facilitate finding the right solution.
Accept the challenge and you will:
-Manage the installation of hardware components;
-Receive training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills to solve customer network problems;
-Manage the configuration and upgrading of lab equipment;
-Maintain infrastructure hardware/software perform configuration changes as required;
-Working with the documentation (creation, updating)
-Building, upgrading and troubleshooting.
-Respond and resolve TAC associates queries and requests related to lab;
-Monitor the lab infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and eliminate areas that are susceptible to failure;
-Review the lab operation continuity, provide temporary workarounds and/or relocation;
Requirements
To join the crew, you don’t require experience you can be freshly out of school! Graduated from Networking or similar study (Computer Science).
We’d be extra happy if you had:
-Virtual environment knowledge, as well any (recent) programming language.
-Fluent English - written and spoken. French is a plus.
-Good communication / interpersonal skills.
