- Developing training programs and training plans (short; extensive; upskill or ad-hoc) including but not limited to the preparation of training materials, organization, execution, and evaluation of trainees and their improvement along the course duration
- Set up and develop initial, generic, end-to-end onboarding and upskill technical training program for newcomers and existing employees within the parameters and scope defined by current Business needs and demand
- Regularly assess and continuasly design, develop, incorporate, improve and maintain up-to-date available technical training materials and related documents such as technical tests, hand-outs, presentations etc., based on current technical trends and technology specifics & needs
- Maintain constant stable relationships with management staff and ensure regular feedback and reports on employees’ technical training needs; results; achievements and/or failures and actively propose improvement methodologies.
- Develop, collect and maintain feedback survey at the end of each training session to ensure technical trainings fulfil the trainees’ technical training needs, results whereof will be regularly presented to ITO management
Skills and requirements:
- Fluent in English language (EN B2 level is a must)
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Solid experience in the field of training in technical subjects
- Technical knowledge of : Systems NT, UX, Backups, DB’s or Network management
- Excellent computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and customer focus
- Flexible & self-motivated
- Strong attention to details is essential
