Your duties:

Advanced Technical Support Analysts take ownership of all tickets routed to them, resolve these tickets or route them to the appropriate Resolution Group, which requires a higher level of technical analysis.

Your Profile:
  • Fluency in English;
  • One year of experience in a technical position;
  • Analytical IT troubleshooting skills and ability to solve common IT issues related to:
  • Internet Explorer
  • MS Office
  • Remote Access /other Terminal Services application for remote access;
  • Ability to troubleshoot portable devices, to research and find solutions to unfamiliar technical situations;
  • Experience in a Helpdesk environment is an advantage.
