Advanced Technical Support Analysts take ownership of all tickets routed to them, resolve these tickets or route them to the appropriate Resolution Group, which requires a higher level of technical analysis.
Your Profile:- Fluency in English;
- One year of experience in a technical position;
- Analytical IT troubleshooting skills and ability to solve common IT issues related to:
- Internet Explorer
- MS Office
- Remote Access /other Terminal Services application for remote access;
- Ability to troubleshoot portable devices, to research and find solutions to unfamiliar technical situations;
- Experience in a Helpdesk environment is an advantage.
