Service Desk Administrator with Italian Language
Responsibilities:
- Be first line of enquiry for customer calls. Logs the call in to a data base
- Real-time collection of customers/devices data and validation of its accuracy
- Ensures that the customer is entitled to the service, validates customer contract details
- Manages the service requests through telephone and provide basic information on the already opened service requests
Requirements:
- Italian language – B2 or higher
- Basic English – B1 or higher
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accuracy and precision
- Ability to adopt, take timely decisions and recognize potential customer dissatisfaction
- Ability to work with business processes
