Service Desk Administrator with Italian Language

Responsibilities: 

  • Be first line of enquiry for customer calls. Logs the call in to a data base
  • Real-time collection of customers/devices data and validation of its accuracy
  • Ensures that the customer is entitled to the service, validates customer contract details
  • Manages the service requests through telephone and provide basic information on the already opened service requests

Requirements: 

  • Italian language – B2 or higher
  • Basic English – B1 or higher
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accuracy and precision
  • Ability to adopt, take timely decisions and recognize potential customer dissatisfaction
  • Ability to work with business processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
