Currently, we are looking for a Junior Network Support Engineer to work on-site with one of our partners, providing remote support to customers. The job purpose is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer’s production environment.
Requirements:- Knowledge of VLANs;
- Knowledge of Subnetting;
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Layer 2 – devices and protocols (ARP, STP)
- Layer 3 – devices and protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
- Good coordination and communication skills;
- Willingness to work on shifts (including night-shifts);
- Very good English language skills.
As an advantage will be considered:
- Load balancers;
- WAN Optimization;
- Wireless networks;
- Cisco CCNA certificate.
