As a mechatronics project manager you manage projects and often do so in collaboration with multiple parties. Organizational skills are essential because aspects such as time, money, information and quality must be managed correctly. Communication with the customer and the project members is key who deliver the final performance together. You report to the Manager Projects in this position.

Our client, based in the Eindhoven area, is a partner in high-tech development projects in machine and equipment construction in various markets such as the semiconductor, medical and printing industries. With their innovative mechatronic solutions, they help clients perform better in their international markets. By working on subprojects, total solutions in customized innovations, they develop the latest technology and integrate this into multidisciplinary solutions that they also produce.

Functie-eisen
- At least BSc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics engineering, or similar;
- You have 5-10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary development projects, mainly for external clients in the high-tech domain;
- You can translate technical questions in line with the customer's business objective;
- You have an excellent understanding of project management, and you are therefore able to set up and monitor projects properly;
- You are cost-conscious and result-oriented;
- You are creative and skilled in coming up with constructive solutions based on multidisciplinary concepts.
- You have experience with (series) production and/or NPI;
- You are a coach, inspirator and organizer for your project team internally and externally;
- You are driven and have good communication and presentation skills.
Additional information
- Full-time position
- Preferable starting date: as soon as possible
- 1 year secondment, then take over
- 24 holiday days, option to purchase 6 or 12 additional days
- The seniority of the candidate will be measured based on the thinking level to analyze, understand and solve complex problems
