Job Description:

What we're looking for:

You will have experience of working on at least three full cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation programs.

We are ideally looking for candidates that have experienced all phases of the project lifecycle and have a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

This position will research and resolve problems, develop functional specifications from business requirements, coordinate technical support,  and contribute to software and process solutions. The resources Will be responsible for the solution and design, develop functional specifications, produce deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assist in change management with a focus on training in addition to post implementation support and system enhancements. This is a hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

  • Solving complex problems; designing, testing and implementing solutions for the SAP SuccessFactors module, interact with Business Analysts and clients to identify and document requirements to produce systems
  • Implements detailed plans and recommends policies/procedures regarding program specific requirements such as SuccessFactors HR program
  • Leads, facilitates and contributes to the design, creation, development and sustainment of corporate standards for Information Technology, including formalized project management and methodology, planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR applications
  • Develop test strategy, test plan and test scripts
  • Develop training strategy and materials
  • Conduct training

This person will report to the Program Manager and will work in collaboration with project and business team members, IT and external vendor to ensure the quality of the product. The candidate must have hands on experience with full life cycle implementation of the SuccessFactors suite.

Job Requirements/Skills:

  • Work experience in Human Resources field
  • Strong knowledge of the SuccessFactors suite and understanding of HR processes
  • Strong consulting skills with ability to drive client requirements, business process and configuration workshops
  • Must have experience operating in a client facing or similar role
  • Hands on experience with at least 2-3 full life cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on EC

  • Ability to support the HR team with testing, training, process documentation, Go-live support among others
  • SAP/SuccessFactors certification is an advantage
  • Employee Central certification is an advantage
  • ·Previous lead experience (design, requirements, client-facing)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (cloud solution)
  • Experience in preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration with a proven ability to successfully deal with complex issues working within the context of cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented critical thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to exercise judgment, take initiative and work with various levels of employees
