Currently, we are looking for a Junior Network Support Engineer to work on-site with one of our partners, providing remote support to customers. The job purpose is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer’s production environment. Requirements:
- Knowledge of VLANs;
- Knowledge of Subnetting;
- TCP/IP troubleshooting skills;
- Knowledge of Routing and Switching;
- Good understanding of the OSI model;
- Good coordination and communication skills;
- Willingness to work on shifts (including night-shifts);
- Very good English language skills.
As an advantage will be considered:
- Cisco CCNA certificate;
- Load balancers – general awareness;
- WAN Optimization – general awareness;
- Work with ticketing systems.
