Requirements:
 
  • Fluent oral and written Dutch language skills;
  • Good level of English - at least B2 level;
  • Excellent customer and communication skills;

  • Advanced Microsoft office skills;
  • Willingness to work in a team;
  • Exceptional ability to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Dutch speaking customers;
  • Accurate and timely escalation of complex cases, when needed;
  • Consulting customers about the specifications of the company’s products;
  • Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction;
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials;
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support.
