As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Consulting, helping and handling Spanish-speaking customers by phone and e-mail
- Analyzing clients' problems and providing a relevant solution within an agreed time frame
- Timely escalating complex cases towards other teams, when needed
- Protecting confidential and sensitive information and materials
- Collaborating positively with other team members to provide high-quality support
If you have:
- Fluency in Spanish and good level of English language
- Customer handling skills and ability to analyze problems
- Good computer literacy and keyboard skills
