You are responsible for the successful execution of multiple improvement projects, related to several processes.
- Responsible for projects in order to improve core KPI’s, related to multiple processes; quality, safety, costs, delivery;
- Implementing improvements / new standards in production
- Coordination and evaluation of prototype runs for improvement projects’’
- Assess the maturity of the process by means of FMEA
- Monitor and report to stakeholders’’
- Apply Problem Solving Standards in case of process deviations, e.g. 8D, ATS.

This facility focuses on developing, optimizing and industrializing innovative production technologies to fulfill future product requirements. Benchmarking, requirement engineering and innovation of production technologies up to implementation is considered to be the facility’s expertise.
Functie-eisen
- Master Degree in Mechanical engineering, Process engineering or a similar discipline;
o Minor in e.g. Six sigma, green/ yellow/ black belt is a big plus!
- At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing engineering department;
- Strong problem solving (e.g. 8D, ATS, etc), analytical and presentation skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must have, willing to learn Dutch;
- Project management skills is a big advantage;
In addition you have an open, honest and direct communication style. You have a proactive, dynamic, flexible and entrepreneurial mindset and an excellent eye for quality.
