General Scope of the job:

Offering Business Planning support and work with both internal & external stakeholders

  • Creates and manages build plans
  • Manages balance of inventory levels
  • Addressing all written/verbal requests and complaints received from the Client.
  • Process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage line downs, allocation and excursion event
  • Drive allocation planning with Business Line, Sales and Factory teams
  • Responsible for ensuring that the S & OP is capacity and material feasible over the planning horizon
  • Weekly analysis of supply feasibility and action plan to drive down supply gaps
  • Participate in S & OP weekly and monthly meetings to work on solutions for supply gaps
  • Review of supply chain parameters to maintain alignment of the i2 model to the physical supply chain
  • Communicate the baseline loading for RFF and manage factory loading strategies
  • Implement inventory classification to support demand and supply variability and improve delivery metrics (CRD, RSD)
  • Develop and manage product phase-in and phase-out plan
  • Engage early in the product lifecycle to allow transition from NPI to Volume Ramp up (VRU)
  • Close interaction with PPF to ensure transition between the execution (CQ) and S&OP (CQ+6)
  • Key Metrics: Feasible Sales Gap in i2, Internal run rate to RFF, Capacity Ahead of Demand

Required Professional Experience:

  • Experience working in Semiconductor industry
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point, Database)
  • Experience with SAP, i2, and forecast analysis tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Time management to prioritize and meet plan review deliverables
  • Positive attitude in a rapidly changing environment with ambiguous information
  • Logical and clear communication skills
  • Easy to build strong relationships with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Previous work experience in supply chain constitutes and advantage.
  • Previous work experience in client relationships.
