"I was working as a programmer and wire cutter at a tooling company when I was given the opportunity, in 1999, to transfer to Modis Engineering. During the introductory meeting they asked me if I wanted to try working as a draughtsman. Although I had absolutely no experience, I decided to take up the challenge. I saw it as a unique opportunity. After a six month trial period, we decided to continue. Thanks to my work at prestigious clients and my education, I was able to progress quickly to the position of constructor."
