Labour-market analysis firm, Burning Glass Technologies, conducted research on the demand for Salesforce skills in the job market and reviewed 27 million unique job postings collected over a 12 month period. They found that jobs asking for Salesforce skills are growing faster than overall job postings, and these jobs pay more than jobs that don’t require Salesforce skills.
Aside from significant salary premium, jobs that require Salesforce skills pay an average of more than £60,000 per year. A recent Mason Frank Salary Survey revealed that Salesforce Developers in the UK earn around £66,000 on average, while Technical Architects can earn a whopping £121,000.
With the company’s investment pledge last year, its UK network expects to generate more than $65 billion of net new business revenues by 2022. The expected growth in customer success over this period of investment should maintain the demand for Salesforce jobs and competitive salary packages, so now’s the time to tune-up your Salesforce skills and upgrade your career.
