C++ & Unix Application Developer

Duration: 3 months

Location: Downtown Toronto

Our client requires a C++ UNIX - Application Developer to implement a custom payment switch for a POS replacement project. 

Required Skills: 

C/C++ development skills on an Unix platform

EFT payment ( Debit / Credit ) Transaction development / processing experience (ISO8583 standard is preferred )

Unix Operating System (HP UX 11.3 is preferred )

Demonstrated ability to learn a new system with limited available documentation

Shell Scripting ( Korn Shell, C-Shell)

PL/SQL development skills on an Oracle platform (12c)

Knowledge of Network concepts and protocols

Nice to Have:

Pro*C development skills would be an asset

Familiarity with batch processing, file transfer protocols, security concepts and cryptography would be an asset
