Our employees have helped residents of an assisted living  centre plant flowers in their garden, have sorted and bagged food for local food banks, have participated in a walk-a-thon to benefit an animal shelter, have helped a local library open a second branch and much more. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Ottawa - Brian Smith Memorial Golf Tournament
The Brian Smith Memorial Golf Tournament  honours the memory of the late Brian (Smitty) Smith, the popular CTV Ottawa sportscaster, former NHL hockey player and supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa. We have had the pleasure of being the title sponsor and active committee members of this event for the past 11 years. When we lost Brian, our community lost a great supporter of so many charities. The Boys & Girls Club of Ottawa was special to Smitty because his experiences at the Boys & Girls Club and at camp were important influences on his life.

Smitty's legacy lives on. At the most recent event we exceeded our goal and raised $127,000 for a one-day event. This will allow approximately 150 deserving kids go to Camp Smitty this year. Plus, we reached the $1.4 million (net) level raised in support of Camp Smitty over the last 15 years. In that time, this premier event of Ottawa — which is always sold out months in advance — will have touched the lives of over 1,750 deserving campers. Mission Bon Accueil

Moorelands Community Services
Established in 1912, Moorelands Community Services is a children’s charity that works with more than 1,200 children and youth living in low-income, under-served Toronto neighbourhoods each year. Soldier On
Soldier On is a private nonprofit organization committed to ending veteran homelessness. Since 1994, the organization has been providing homeless veterans with transitional housing and supportive services. In 2010, Soldier On opened the first Gordon H. Mansfield Veterans Community, a permanent housing cooperative that provides formerly homeless veterans with safe, sustainable, affordable housing – transitioning them from homelessness to homeownership. https://www.wesoldieron.org/
