Philippe Rouvrais, Modis Head of Delivery-Europe and IT Outsourcing was honored with an award by the Bulgarian Association of People Management.
During the official ceremony on 28th of January at Sofia Live Club, Philippe Rouvrais won the award for the “Most People Oriented CEO of the year”. The awards contest has been held for more than 15 years and recognizes the best practices for people management in Bulgaria. Among the finalists there were 33 nominations from companies operating in the country.
Philippe has close to 25 years of experience taking various managerial roles within the Adecco Group and now in Modis, an Adecco Group company.
My fundamental belief is that people are the key factor for success and growth of any business. Our achievements during the past months and years derive from the motivation and satisfaction of our colleagues as well as their desire to learn and grow within our company.
During the past years
Philippe has been investing in and supporting various programs for employee
engagement and motivation. His goal is to turn Modis into a greater place to
work where everyone feels valued and recognized.
