At the end of 2018, Modis Bulgaria received the international ISO/IEC 20000-1 : 2011 standard and became one of the few companies in Bulgaria accredited with this certification.
ISO/IEC 20000 is an international IT standard that allows companies to demonstrate excellence and prove best practice in IT management. The standard ensures Modis can achieve evidence-based benchmarks to continuously improve its delivery of services: IT service management system for sales, provisioning, integration, development and support of IT and business process outsourcing solutions for global service desk, end-user workplace services, data center services, applications development and support, cloud computing, network & security operations, remote technical support, shared service centers in BPO, automation & innovation.
Modis is now also the first company certified with three international standards - ISO 20000, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001 within the Adecco Group.
Using ISO 9001:2015 ensures that our customers get consistent, good quality products and services and the ISO 27001 certification is the highest standard of security that is only awarded to companies which have a full framework of policies and procedures that include all legal, physical and technical controls involved in a company’s information risk management processes.
