ServiceNow Deployment and Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Design, development, configure, and support of enterprise Service Management solutions using ServiceNow
- Build global configuration management database (CMDB) in ServiceNow
- Advise Customers/users on workflow design and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ServiceNow
- Event Management & Correlation–create Rules for transformation of events and traps
- Mid Server Overview –Deployment and Configuration for MSP Instances
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in design and development in ServiceNow
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Scripting knowledge / experience
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
- A fundamental knowledge of ITSM and ITIL
- Excellent English language
