- Validate, update and monitor supported records requiring actions, and help identify corrective actions
- Follow established guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with the regional team regarding reported records and support planning, implementation and performance
- Report on business performance
- Support activities within specific areas of various Business Units and/or geographic responsibility
- Perform and manage tasks related to a reporting project
- Support reporting
- Provide/manages updates in a designated tool
- Validate selected fields which may require lookups in various tools
- Interact with vendors
- Collaborate with various Business Units
If you are/have:
- First level university degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in business management, administrative/ project support role or relevant work experience
- Experience in a relationship and/ or customer management role will be an advantage
- A fluent level in English both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and services industry will be an advantage
- Good organizational and analytical skills, detail oriented
- Very good communication skills
- Global team player
- Adaptable, quick learner
- Ability to operate effectively within a cross-cultural environment
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Excel, MS SharePoint, Outlook
