Currently, we are looking for 1st line Identity Management Analyst willing to develop themselves into the field of Identity and Account Management.
The approved candidates will be responsible for delivering in-depth end-user support and a high level of resolution upon the first contact with the end-user. The Analysts will work on 24/7 schedule, including night shifts, working with various tools such as ticketing system, remote control software, etc.
Candidate Profile:- Knowledge/experience in Active Directory (User profile Management), DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Excellent customer service skills via phone and e-mail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on shifts (including night-shifts)
- Written and verbal fluency in English;
- Accept the ticket in the system and classify incidents/requests based on type and priority
- Handle request related to DNS, DHCP, Group membership, user accounts creation and management
- Update status of tickets in the system accordingly
- Handle incidents related to application setups, configurations and batch job failures
- Escalate to next level in case of major incidents
