About the Role

Today we are giving you the chance to build a career in one of the biggest technology companies in the position of Non-Voice Customer Representative (Temporary contract with the potential of further continuation).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for task and project related matters for HPE partners;

  • Respond to Partner queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat;

  • Perform various administrative and operational tasks as per requirements;

  • Follow up with Partners within appropriate service level agreement (SLA);

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision;

  • Work together with other team members and meet required team KPI’s.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and verbal English;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent;

  • Strong planning, organizing and multitasking skills;

  • Proactive team player with ability to work with deadlines and under pressure;

  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team;

  • Good computer literacy – MS Office.
